It seems that the Woodruff Arts Center has taken down the presentation to which I had linked in my article on conflicts of interest in which they mention that Duke Realty handled the construction on the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre. I figured that this would happen, so I went ahead and took a screenshot of each slide in their presentation. Here is slide 14, in which Duke Realty’s role is mentioned.
Perhaps the Woodruff Arts Center just happened to think that it was time to take the presentation down after all of these years. Perhaps they aren’t very proud to be associated with Duke Realty. Maybe Duke Realty no longer wishes to be affiliated with the Verizon Wireless Amphiteatre. Then again, maybe the leadership of the Woodruff Arts Center have something to hide and shouldn’t be trusted.
In case you’d like another source that states that Duke Realty handled the construction, here is a screenshot taken on November 6th, 2014 from the LinkedIn profile of Jim Eshleman, who was the director of preconstruction on the project.
